Accessibility Statement

Arizona Injury News aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort here, and parts of the site may not yet meet that goal. No third-party audit or certification has been performed.

Accessibility tools on this site

A floating button labeled “Accessibility options” in the bottom-right corner of every page opens a panel with controls to increase or decrease text size, turn on high contrast or grayscale display, highlight links, switch to a readable system sans-serif font, stop animations, and reset everything back to the defaults. Your choices are kept for the rest of your browsing session. The panel can be operated entirely with the keyboard and closed with the Escape key.

Built-in accessibility measures

The site includes a “Skip to main content” link, semantic landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer, one main heading per page with a logical heading order, visible keyboard focus outlines, labels on every form field, and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
